LightLoad Load Test Utility
LightLoad is a lightweight web server load testing utility written
using the .NET 2.0 Framework, designed to allow web developers to
quickly assess the response speed of a script and/or server under heavy
load. It may reveal issues such as inefficiency in code and errors
which arise when multiple simultaneous requests are made.
The utility can simulate a theoretically unlimited number of users
connecting to a resource over a specified period of time. Batches of
requests are made in cycles to the resource and the results are
averaged to produce a meaningful and comparable statistical analysis.
